[Report] Half of Single Homeowners Are Finding Expenses Harder to Cover in 2023
A new report that is revealing just how difficult it is to afford and maintain a home as a single in 2023.
AllStarHome surveyed single Gen Z and Millennial homeowners and found 2 in 3 are concerned about covering expenses this year. Top financial concerns include paying the mortgage, property taxes, utility bills and insurance, as well as adding to an emergency fund.

But they may be the lucky ones. With home prices and interest rates remaining high, 59% believe becoming a single homeowner is currently unattainable for single Millennials and Gen Zers.
