Netherlands, Estonia, and Denmark rank as the fastest European cities for starting a business, boasting an impressive setup time of just 4 days.
Lithuania ranks as the second quickest European city for business setup, requiring just 6 days, paired with a modest average cost of living at £610.71.
Hungary and Portugal rank as the third quickest European cities for business setup, requiring just 7 days for setup, and both with very affordable monthly living costs averaging between £594-£610.
