Confessions of the Professions Cross-Path Sync Up With Medium.com
December 15, 2017 — In an effort to expand our publication from our website, our content will now be synced with Medium.com. We started a publication that denotes Confessions of the Professions and is an effort to gain maximum exposure. Medium.com also allows for comments, which we have removed from our home website. This decision was not made lightly, but we feel in moving forward is a good decision for our readers and contributors.
A canonical URL is placed on all Medium.com articles to represent the original source. While we have absolutely no control over which publication website Google and other search engines will favor, we are completely comfortable and accepting of the idea that domain authority will likely be a factor in ranking our website, thus, there is a possibility that Medium.com articles from Confessions of the Professions will show over articles on our home page. Our intentions were to explore a possible new home for Confessions of the Professions, and Medium.com is aesthetically beautiful. Unfortunately, Medium.com has discontinued the transfer of domains indefinitely. Sources like Hackernoon.com are an example of a website with the Medium.com interface.
We are also looking for daily contributors who would appreciate being a writer for Confessions of the Professions. Your articles will be lightly moderated and you will be expected to post on behalf of Confessions of the Professions, as well as be the editor of your own articles. You will be using the Medium.com website and publishing your articles with Confessions of the Professions as your source. If you are interested, feel free to contact us if you are interested in the opportunity. It is an unpaid position and you will be expected to carry the professionalism in your articles that represents Confessions of the Professions, but with this opportunity, you will be able to add to your experience and portfolio.
While we hope that you continue visiting confessionsoftheprofessions.com, we certainly encourage you to engage and interact with our expanded articles on Medium.com. To view the articles on Medium.com, visit:
