Free: 2 weeks to 1 month queue
Priority Website Fee: Due to excessive spam, manual registrations are closed indefinitely. If you wish to have an account, you may email us.
Priority Email Fee: $12.00 (submission through email, publication in 1-4 business days; operations handled by administrator)
