Cut a piece of ribbon to the same length as the strap on one flip flop. Measure the fabric from down edge to up the bottom and cut two strips 3″ wide.
Use your fingertips to fold over the edge of one end of the ribbon. You can try a low-temp glue gun to secure hems. Repeat this process on the other end of the strip.
Attach a strip of ribbons to the end of the strap. Wrap fabric around the strap, overlapping the hemmed edge over the raw edge. Quickly seal and secure with hot glue or a coordinating sewing stitch. Glue ribbon on the top of your flip-flops until you reach the toes. Repeat steps 1-3 for both feet.
Take two 6″ lengths of ribbon and tie them around the center of your straps. Tie on the outside of your toe strap and trim any excess so that you don’t have a big uneven bump near your toes.

Set the beads slowly with a hairdryer- on the low setting for about 5 minutes. Repeat as desired. Another way to adhere to beads is by using a toothpick and palette knife. Hold a ribbon in your hand, wet it with water, and gently apply beads either along the edge or across the entire width of the ribbon. Set this part with a hairdryer. It is important to allow beads to dry completely before handling them.
Twig Christmas tree Ornament
Please turn on your glue gun, then squeeze out some hot glue and cover the top of your twigs with it. Hot glue the ribbon on the twig. The length of the ribbon is not important right now. You can always trim it later. Smaller pieces can be used to fill the top of the twig.
Pick up a different ribbon color from your stash of scrap ribbon. Add more ribbons and trims! Remember to leave enough ribbon hanging below the loop.
Adjust the ribbons so that those closest to the bottom are long and those at the top are short. Put a piece of string or twine along the top of the ornament for an easy way to hang it on your tree!
Wreath

Hot glue the end of the 1.4″ wide ribbon along one side of a twig ring and let it cool.
Wrap the ribbon tightly around the twig ring until all of it has been covered with ribbon. Hot glue the second end at the back of the ring and around itself.
Cut a pattern out of brown construction paper and glue leaves, oranges, acorns, pears, cherries, and other fall centerpiece items to the pattern. Use four small lengths of wire and florist loops to make twirls. Use the wire and knitting needle to make four tiny, woven spirals. Twist the wire around a needle. Put the needle down and cut the twirl to the appropriate length. When making a DIY ribbon wreath, use hot glue to attach your materials in place. Make an additional twirl in the same manner. Make a loop with the wide ribbon and hot glue it to the top of the wreath. To hang it on the front door.
