[Commute data] Just one in 12 workers have missed commuting
Despite Brits being told to return to work, many are still reluctant to do so, with a recent study revealing London footfall is still at less than half (49%) of pre-pandemic levels.
Real Business Rescue has surveyed 1,000 Brits to uncover their thoughts and feelings on the return of the commute, revealing just one in seven Brits are excited about going back to the office.

Almost double the number of Brits are excited to return to the office (13%) than those who do not want to return (7%)
More than a third (35%) of commuters miss listening to music while travelling to work
Separating work from home is the third most missed aspect of the commute, with one in five (20%) Brits agreeing
Despite having the longest daily commute – at 58 minutes – workers from Greater London miss their commute the most while working from home
