New research has revealed the cryptocurrencies with gains of up to 2,207,746% over the last 5 years – over 2,000 times higher than the best-performing stocks, despite the crypto crash.
The study, from Forex Suggest, looked at the top performing cryptocurrencies, stocks and products to discover which ones had the biggest ROI and how these compared to each other.

Shiba Inu has seen by far the biggest rise in value at over 2.2 million percent, with a $20 investment 5 years ago worth over $440,000 today, despite the recent infamous crypto crash. With the price of Shiba Inu coin still worth far less than a cent, those who bought $20 worth would have almost 40 billion coins today.

EV company Tesla has had the biggest increase in value of any stock over the past 5 years, with an increase of 1,011%. Despite this huge increase in value – the returns are over 2000x LESS than that of Shiba Inu.
Further findings:
The research found that 18 cryptocurrencies outperformed the best stock on the market over the last 5 years. Meaning 18 coins had more than a 1,011% value increase despite the major crypto crash.
The median average increase of the top 50 cryptos is 329% compared to the average of the top 50 stocks, which sits at 74%.
When it comes to alternative products that have seen the biggest ROI, rare earth metal rhodium tops the list, with the price of the metal increasing by $13,840 in the last 5 years; a 1,441.67% increase. A $20 investment in 2017 would now be worth more than $308.
