Education, Healthcare & Government Services employees are the most frustrated about pay, USA Today study reveals
With the rising cost of living, so many Americans are feeling the pinch in their wallets and the need to switch jobs or even industries to make ends meet.
USA Today conducted an analysis of more than 3 million Glassdoor reviews of 500 large employers in 25 industries to see where pay came up the most frequently, along with the commentaries on employee pay.
Key findings:
Employees in Education, Healthcare and Government are most frustrated about pay
Employees in Pharma and Biotechnology, Food and Beverage, and Utilities are least frustrated about pay
Employees in the Education industry register the most complaints about pay and also give their organizations the highest overall ratings
Employees of Google, In-N-Out Burger, Meta, Novartis and Amazon are the least likely to complain about pay, out of 500 companies reviewed
