Traveling For Business In 2018
Business travel– despite being seen by many as one of the most attractive perks that an employer can offer – can be a mind-numbing task, too. From long flights to even longer meetings, business travel can be extremely wearing. As such, most of them do not have the luxury of time to think about their next destination. They go where business takes them, whether it is to Madrid or Chiang Mai, Kandahar, Detroit, or Dublin.
However, if choices are given, business travelers must still consider many factors before making a decision. These factors often include security and safety within the area, the number of on-time flights, cost of lodging, the reliability of mobile network coverage, traffic congestion levels, and availability of reliable transport such as those of offered by chauffeured service providers. Only after a thorough consideration of these factors a business traveler can think of other aspects that can make their trip more memorable and enjoyable.
Of course, employees don’t have the option to choose where their work takes them. That is why it is important for them to work closely with travel managers to identify which cities offer the most conducive environment for their business. If you or your employees are going on a business trip this year, then here are the key takeaways from the infographic from Hyryde which listed down the top business travel destinations in 2018.
