The Usage of Crystals and Grids

Crystal Grids are an incredibly powerful and beautiful way to manifest your dreams, goals and intentions. They are also powerful healing tools. The power of a crystal grid comes from the combined energies of the crystals you use, how you lay them out and the intentions you set. Basically, a crystal grid is a special arrangement of crystals and stones, used with intention to manifest a desired result.

You should keep in mind that the universe likes to provide us with what we need, not just what we want. So it’s best to focus on manifesting a need vs a want, if you would like it to come to fruition. Common intentions that people use for crystal grids are for well being, abundance, healing and protection, and so on.

Crystal Grids can be used in a variety of ways. Of course, they are the most wonderful high vibe decor in any space, but they are so much more. They can be used in healing (both in person & distance healing), manifesting, ritual work, meditation, intention setting practices or simply as a creative endeavour.

There are really no hard and fast rules when it comes to crystal grids, it’s best to use your own intuition and work with what you feel guided to do with the crystals. It can be stated that the most powerful healing and manifesting comes when you go with your gut feelings and what feels right for you as an individual. You might like to include a crystal grid as part of a more complex ritual or you may keep it super simple.

Some people like to do them on a cloth, board or piece of paper with Sacred Geometry on them, as they believe this increases the power of the grid. Others like to include pieces of nature, like leaves, shells or flowers in their grid.In fact, this may incorporate elements of nature into your grids. So please don’t let a lack of crystals stop you!

When assembling a crystal grid, it is always best to follow your intuition. However, most Crystal Grids include a central stone, surrounding stones, amplification stones, and any objections of importance.

The Center Stone: Like living things, crystals have “auras,” otherwise known as an Energy Torus. Our chakra line serves as the central axis for us. When you make a Crystal Grid, the center stone acts as the anchor for the Grid’s Energy Torus, acting as the antennae, which is what broadcasts your intention into the universe. The center stone is generally the largest piece in the grid or the highest vibration.

The Surrounding Stones: These are the crystals that will be arranged in the geometric shape around the center stone. How many you need will depend on how simple or complex you would like to make the grid, as well as the basic shape you have chosen. These act as modifiers to your grid. The surrounding stones also act as satellites, receiving and broadcasting the intention out into the world.

The Amplification Stones (Optional): These are typically Quartz Points or Tumbles placed in a corresponding outer grid or alternatively placed in geometric points between the Surrounding Stones. These are not completely necessary, but quartz serves to transmit, amplify, and power up the grid even more.

Objects of Importance (Optional): This can be an item from a special person, a photo, or any other item aligned with your intention (leaves, petals, flowers, etc.).

Before activating your grid, it is best to come up with a clear, concise statement for what you want to manifest. Repeat the statement out loud, if possible, and direct your wand or hand to the center stone. Visualize it lighting up with your intention and the influx of energy. Then go around and “connect the dots” with your wand or hand hovering over each crystal in your grid. It sometimes helps to visualize the energy torus around the grid growing larger. When you feel the time is right, conclude by expressing gratitude for the crystals’ support.
