The hum drum of the daily grind might be the norm for many of us, but for others the workplace is a joyous place filled with the greatest employee perks money cannot buy. This infographic looks at the best places to work for the most innovative employee perks. For some people time off and travel opportunities are the greatest perk in any job. For others, activity options, social clubs and gym memberships are what they crave. Those who are family minded, tend to look for companies with great health insurance and childcare options.

Did you know that Deloitte the global financial services firm give their employees up to one month’s unpaid leave which they can take at any time that they want for any reason? What’s ever better is that they also give a 3 month to 6 month paid sabbatical to pursue personal growth. So if you are on an ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ mission, Deloitte is the company to beat. If you have always wanted to travel the world then it is hard to beat working at an airline company.
