WhatsApp is an application created and designed for mobile communication. It is either for personal use or business use. And it can also be utilized for both reasons, most especially when you are on a business trip or you are out of town for a vacation. Before, it was only for individual usage until many entrepreneurs and companies have started to resort to the application for their enterprise. This instant messaging app is the help that you need as the source of communication-driven sectors of our society’s community.
However, since there has been an increase with the conjecture of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Protection Act of 2018, and the upcoming California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in 2020, the use of one WhatsApp account for both personal and work have become an interference for many users. To this, many people have created another account to separate the two, but it is still somehow complicated.
