What Is Your State Worst At?
For many people reading this, you likely live in the United States. Of course, there are readers from India, Canada, Australia, among many other countries, and it is likely that your country, and certain areas are just as notorious for certain things. If you live in the United States, you are living in one of the 50 states that you can live in and while you may be living in a place that seems like the perfect bubble, all states have their problems.
These problems keep the police departments busy and protecting you and your family as well as your neighborhoods. It always helps to establish neighborhood watches and report any and all crimes to the police. Despite these efforts, there are certain things that are still rampant among the state, some more dangerous than others, some from the people living in the state itself, and some dangers come from politicians. Each state has their own notorious crime or vice they are known for.
While there are certain things you can do to curb crime or vices, it is not something you can tackle alone. For example, a group known as MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) and is a powerful group because both types of mothers were losing their sons: the victim who was hit by the drunk driver and the driver himself, who would feel the sentence for life, either receiving a harsh sentence with a large penalty and the requirement to attend the necessary programs to help or a much harsher sentence, such as life imprisonment. High school graduation rates and speeding in areas where there is a low speed limit are another issue that can be solved with the help of the community, the residents of the state, and the local government safely.
There are, however, more dangerous issues that no one should ever take upon themselves or even with a group of people, and those are issues involving crime and drugs. If you suspect these dangerous activities are happening within your neighborhood or surrounding areas, it is advised that you call your local police department and report the activities happening. The police are professionals trained to deal with those types of situations, and the operation of such activities may be much larger than you think, so keep yourself and your family safe by reporting the crimes, and letting the proper authorities deal with it.
