It cannot be promoted in areas where internet facilities are not available. Students with poor socio-economic background do not own laptops or computers so they might face great difficulties while continuing their education. Government and institutes can resolve this issue by providing internet devices and computers to needy students so that they cannot be ignored and can keep learning their programs through digital learnings.
