Lengthy Listed Ingredients Are Not For Your Body
It is hard to believe that there are still people starving in the United States and the world. Walking into the ten different supermarkets in the area where I live alone gives me many choices, most are from the same brands and many others are from new brands I have never heard of before, and every year, there is more and more food to choose from. Looking closely at the ingredients, however, often reveals a list of unreadable and unidentifiable ingredients.
These newly created foods are no more than altered ingredients to give it whatever taste the company wants it to taste like. Upon consumption of many of these foods with a long list of ingredients that you may get bored of reading by the time you get to the middle of the list, you may often realize these ingredients are poisons for your body.
Everyone has the choice of what they want to put in their bodies. The government pretends that the FDA is doing a wonderful job of approving these foods, but when you read the list of ingredients on any of them, it is hard to believe the FDA, like its prescription drugs, has spent so much time reading through and approving each and every ingredient.
The fact is, the majority of this food is created by companies, such as Monsanto, who produce GMO foods that are made to grow quickly by chemicals and are mass produced at an alarming rate that removes most of the nutrition in these foods. When the billion dollar food companies are able to do this — where there are humans, there are always people who can be paid off, and so, these foods are not given a second thought when it comes to releasing them and the health of the public.
The real truth is that no one cares about your health except you and probably your mom. Your doctor cares when you are sick so he can prescribe you those same FDA-approved drugs as if they are the cure for life, because you have been falsely led to believe that your doctor is truthful.
Has your doctor been over your house or invited you over to his house? Is that the kind of relationship you have? By all means, if so, I would be more trusting too. However, if your doctor has not been kind enough to invite you over for dinner and show you what he eats, than you have no business believing that he knows everything about your health.
Every doctor could recite the Hippocratic Oath, but not too many could recite this quote or actually use it as their guidelines for words of wisdom. The man, considered to be the first and original doctor, Hippocrates said it best:
“Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.”
We have the most reliant, ignorant, and trusting generations believing in a health care system that is obviously a business more than it is an actual health care system, and is more after treating symptoms than finding cures. While doctors have always existed throughout the centuries, there are more and more people going to the doctors every day, turning to the doctors, and trusting doctors to cure them.
Instead of taking responsibility for what we eat, our food, our health, our lifestyles, we believe it is just the way it is. If I were to be blunt about it, the majority of people remain uneducated about healthy nutritional food that can save their lives. Hundreds of thousands of people are dying every year because they are not eating correctly. Wonderful population control that is working. They instead continue to eat what they want, which causes them to feel a lack energy, a need to drink more coffee, and rely on medications and magic pills to “fix them” when they encounter problems with their health.
Ignorance is bliss and lies in the fact that everyone could know the truth, but refuse to accept responsibility for learning about the truth of the foods they eat. Most people do not care until it is too late. When you are young, teenager into your twenties, you probably will eat whatever you want. In twenty to thirty years, which you will say is a long time away, you will look back on your life and be saddened by the fact that you let yourself eat “crap garbage food” for so long and now you are suffering.
For some people, like me, the lack of those nutrients began to show up in my body very early, which caused me to experience a lot of weight gain, being overweight for the majority of my life, exhaustion, and feelings of being unhealthy. I learned early about what not to eat, even though I watch much of the general population consume poison everyday.
I cannot because my body can no longer accept much of it and I am limited to finding and eating only natural foods with natural ingredients. If I do consume these types of foods, I get an allergic reaction – sinuses, red eye, itchy eye, runny nose, swelling, dizziness and nausea, exhaustion, and other side effects as well.
Am I lucky I was not a person to remain skinny during my youth into adulthood and experienced what these foods were doing to me early on? I have plenty of skinny friends who eat unhealthy and while they show no signs of being unhealthy, they may or may not suffer later on in life. Just know this: It is never too late to change your eating habits and style.
Your body is a miraculous healing fat burning machine that will always use the foods you eat to heal itself. Eat good foods, have good body health. Eat bad foods, and your body will suffer. If you are going to pay your doctor to tell you that, which he or she never will, you may as well pay me.
YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT
Your body is designed to use the energy it gets from what you put into your mouth. When your body is done using the energy, it is turned into waste, removed from the bowels, and you find yourself on the toilet.
If you eat garbage, that is what your body will become. Your body will attempt to grab whatever nutrients it can find in the foods you put into your mouth, but if there are none, it will grab the poisonous substances, causing your body to break down, and you will find your waste is not so pleasant to clean up.
If you eat healthy, provide your body with nutritious organic food that has not been touched by insecticides, pesticides, or any injected with other processes that make things taste like food, than you will find your waste and bathroom sessions will become much more pleasant, easier, and quicker to clean.
There are many ingredients that come into existence everyday and you could find them on a Trail Mix bag that is not organic or any cheaply made item that is processed. Try the frozen food section of what they call “Frozen TV Dinners” and you will see the horrible crap you have probably been eating for so long. The unlimited amount of cereal in the cereal aisle will also reveal the horror of the ingredients list to you.
A search of these reveals that Whole Foods and other food markets have taken a stand against allowing some of these harmful poisonous ingredients into their stores. These ingredients include:
