Top 50 CEOs With The Greatest Revenue Growth
The CEOs that top the Fortune 500 list are some of the most powerful and impactful people on the planet. Both on their strategic vision for the companies that they lead, but also for the jobs their companies provide to the global economy.
To get a feel for the most impactful CEO’s on the planet, Kittleman (a non-profit executive search firm) recently analyzed the CEO’s who’ve had the greatest impact on company revenue throughout their tenure. To do this they looked at average monthly revenue growth for each CEO throughout their tenure as CEO to then compile the top 50 list. The full list can be seen in the infographic below.
One thing you’ll notice when looking at the list is that Tim Cook of Apple is leaps and bounds ahead of any other CEO on the list. The next closest CEO is Larry J. Merlo of CVS Health and he is almost 600 million behind him in monthly revenue growth. That’s insane to think about the disparity between Tim Cook and the next closest CEO on the list.
Listed below is the top 5 from the list:
- Tim Cook, Apple $1,574,025,974 over 77 months
- Larry J. Merlo, CVS Health $859,756,097 over 82 months
- Lowell McAdam, Verizon $724,675,324 over 77 months
- Sundar Pichai, Alphabet C (ex Google) $545,925,925 over 27 months
- Jeff Bezos, Amazon $483,985,765 over 281 Months
The top 5 may not totally surprise you but the full list is sure to do (hint: Mark Zuckerberg barely makes the top 20). To see the full analysis, check out the infographic below.
