Working from home has become the new normal for many, and that means sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time. To help you avoid this, here are some tips on how to prevent eye strain when working at your desk job.
Take Regular Breaks
One of the most important things you can do to avoid eye strain is to take regular breaks away from your computer screen. Every 20 minutes or so, get up and move around for at least 5 minutes. This will give your eyes a break from the blue light coming off the screen which can cause irritation and fatigue. During your break, try looking out a window or taking a walk around your house if possible.
