The Truth About Donald Trump
The article has been deemed highly offensive and may offend the shit out of you. But you’re going to keep reading because people can have opinions that don’t agree with you. It’s okay… you’re going to be alright, and so am I. You may get so mad because you’re offended. Don’t be. It’s just an article and an opinion. This isn’t news. You continue to read this article at your discretion.
Juding by the title and your opinion of Donald Trump, I have already lost you. I could have named it, Donald Trump Was The Worst Thing That Happened To America, and guess what? That title would actually be true. If it was named that, would you read it? In fact, I purposely said best instead of worst to scare you off before you even gave this article a chance. If you scare off that easily, then are you really thinking for yourself or just his name is enough to make you cringe and pretend that he doesn’t exist. He does, whether you like it or not. But do you have any judgements against me so far? Dude, it’s only the first paragraph. Read what I wrote before you decide you know everything, and for some reason, with or without your political science degree, you are quite the professional.
So am I! You judged me already, didn’t you? And now you’re never going to read anything I write again. That sucks. That is okay. Hate me because you are the problem of why Donald Trump is President. Walk away from the conversation and pretend I don’t exist, just like you’re doing with Donald Trump right now. How’s that working out for you? Going to vote Democrat this year? Going to turn the United States into a socialist country just because anyone but Trump? You had that same choice last time too with Hillary Clinton, but your candidate lost. Obviously not the right choice for Democrats, who seem to struggle to even understand the own meaning of their party. Democrats are going socialist just to convince Americans that they are there to care for them. It is not that socialism is the worst thing that could happen to America, but the fact that an entire party is not the party that anyone remembers is concerning.
I rarely ever go political because DISCUSSING POLITICS breaks up families, costs friendships, causes people to lose their jobs, and ruins their reputation forever. To say I am a Donald Trump supporter might mean certain death for me. To say I was a Hillary Clinton supporter may or may not have gained me praise and love. Who knows? My truth is that I did vote, but it was not for Donald Trump nor was it for Hillary Clinton. I voted for the other guy. Does it matter if I say who I actually voted for? Not at all. That guy did not become President. Fortunately, I did vote, so that does give me a right to have an opinion, doesn’t it? That’s all this is. Strictly opinion.
If you are still reading, then I appreciate it and that you’re not judging, because we’re going to understand why I made such a claim. Now that we have gotten rid of the haters, let’s talk about how awesome Donald Trump is. I’m kidding. This article is not actually a pro-Trump or anti-Trump article. However, when it comes to talking about the facts of Donald Trump, I could only speculate, or realize from what I see of his tweets and his character and personality on television, and how he is in real life with his business, I cannot give you facts.
I have never read a book about Donald Trump. I have never met the guy. I can only speculate based on the things I have seen. What do I know of him? Before I tell you what I observed, I will tell you a short story that was passed around when I was working in Atlantic City in New Jersey as a security officer. The story is true and if you are a veteran security officer, which I had about 4 years into the business, you would probably come across this story too. It goes like this:
One day, a security officer, who was hired to walk the floors of Trump Tower was in the basement. In the basement, there were a lot of valuable items such as luxury cars, storage of antiques, etc. This story could be completely made up or rumor, but Donald Trump, in 2004, was not President, so I am sure security officers in Atlantic City would not really make a story up.
As the security officer walked around and checked the area to make sure no one was snooping around, a man suddenly appears in a business suit, after getting off the elevator, and accesses this restricted area. Unbeknownst to the security officer, this was the man who owned the building. This was the man who hired dozens of people to make sure his building is operating. This is the man who could, with a single word, simply say, “You’re fired.” And it is done.
Yes, the man in the business suit was Donald Trump. “Excuse me sir, I believe you are in a restricted area and I cannot allow you to be here. Please come with me.” The man then claimed, “I am Donald Trump and I assure you I can be here.” The security officer was unmoved and said, “Sir, I do apologize, but I do not recognize you, and you are going to have to come with me to the security desk.”
The man followed and once at the security desk, all of the other security officers were shocked and said to their co-worker, “Do you realize who this is? This is Donald Trump!” The security officer immediately apologized to Donald Trump, but added, “I sincerely did not recognize you and wanted to be sure that you had permission to access the restricted area.” Rather than get mad or fire the man, Donald Trump thanked the man for doing his job of protecting all of the Trump assets and likely gave him a nice bonus in his paycheck. This is where the story ends. Now this does not mean Trump was or is an angel, nor does it say anything about his character as current President. What it does say is that Trump does have respect for people who respect him and do their jobs.
There was no reason that Donald Trump should have ever had a chance to become President. The beautiful thing is that he did become President, meaning that anyone who likes you, and with enough votes and supporters, could actually make you President of the United States, whether you are qualified or not. Congress forgot to write in that you should have at least 1-2 years experience. For Donald Trump, it was a fake it til you make it moment, for a man who had only been involved in the politics of business and not government. But he technically disproved that elections are rigged and that Democracy actually works, although there is still likely that Americans had influence from the Russians. This year will be even worse if multiple countries attempt to influence the American elections.
Through most of Donald Trump’s words, he has made some good things happen. There are some things we all do not agree with and that is how government often works. He has also done some things that might not be acceptable as President, if we were living in that old world government that we had, but times, I suppose are changing, and either President Trump has set the standard for what to do, or what not to do as President. Who knows? He’s an anomaly brought to you by the government during his time that told him and all children that anyone can be President. He just really believed it. In order to understand Donald Trump, for the most part, we can learn a lot about him by simply reading his Twitter feed, or watching a single documentary.
He’s arrogant. He’s selfish. He’s self-centered. He looks after himself mostly. His family does technically come second to him, but if they came first, he would probably not have become President. You could say he’s definitely a narcissist. Then again, he also has learned that no one but Donald Trump has his back. Whether that is because of his own doing or because he doesn’t trust anyone, not even his family, save for his children — though I am sure that he has many of his assets protected even from his own children and wives. He learned from his father, his mentor, and a religious pastor.
What we do know is that he did give up a normal life of running his business to be President of the United States. He had nothing to lose, except giving up control of his own businesses, though he certainly had everything to gain. After all, he is now forever written into the history books of America and there is no possible way to delete him out and pretend none of this ever happened. It all happened because both Republicans and Democrats could have never foreseen it. The media, celebrities, and even politicians alike thought he was running as a joke and a publicity stunt. It was far from a joke. Donald Trump is a gambler and a risk taker. He doesn’t care about going bankrupt. He cares about being successful. He cares about ensuring his legacy remains.
Whether it will turn out to be a negative or positive legacy in the end, history lessons cannot pass over President Donald Trump, and he has now done the last thing he wanted to do on this Earth: turn his name into a legacy. The interesting fact is that numerous media outlets and fact checking sources have proven Donald Trump lies 91% of the time. Imagine if your child lied to you 91% of the time. That means that literally everything out of their mouth cannot be trusted at all. “I’m hungry”, “I’m tired”, and “I’m bored” are the only things your child says that are true. Crazy, right?
Yet Americans will continue to vote for him and he will be President in 2020. Why? The thing is… no one voted for Donald Trump because he tells the truth and judging by his support, he never has to tell the truth. We did not know the extent of how much he lies, but for Trump supporters, and those who are tired of the liberal left, it hardly matters what Trump says. Just like for the left, it doesn’t matter what their leaders say, they will still vote for them. The fact that there aren’t any Republicans running for President or even trying to go against Trump means they already know it’s a lost cause, a waste of money, and there is an acceptance that he is the Presidential choice.
The voters voted for him because they were tired of their government lying to them. And the fact is… while Trump is expensive as a President and is pretty much doing his own thing… it has exposed absolute government corruption to the point where not even the President can change it. Something needs to be done to restructure our leadership within government and especially within Congress.
Whether you want to blame Trump for the damage he caused in 4 years, or realize how much damage the Democrats did while Obama was President, and even more damage done by the Republicans while Bush was President, acknowledging that the leadership on both sides was not great, but served its purpose at the time. If you were to rank government or Congress on a grading scale based on the happiness and wellness of Americans, what grade might you give them? At least the country has survived this long.
Before you get upset with me, focus on what I am saying and don’t turn it on me. Try your hardest. I know, it’s hard. Your every being wants to hate me, even when I told you I wasn’t a Clinton supporter or a Trump supporter in 2016. And you think the problem is me? Donald Trump is President because of you. Trump is President due to the actions of Obama, the Clinton, the Republicans, and the Democrats over the past 50 years. Even Bill Clinton is responsible for the rise of Trump. Have fun realizing the truth when you finally do get it. Trump will win again. He managed to get the vote. He managed to avoid being impeached. And yet, here you are, thinking it’s impossible? Not in a world where government is running a very corrupt scheme and playing very dangerous games.
See the truth: The government of the United States of America is very corrupt. Banks and businesses are running our government. Our government is not functioning the way it should be functioning. The United States is the last great country in the world because there is still so much innovation, with money as the motivation. While money doesn’t always bring happiness, it certainly makes the desire for it overwhelming. Every politician who has made it to the “big leagues” of Congress and Washington can be traced to a company owning them. Don’t believe me? Everyone has a price, including our leaders. These are the elite who control and rule the entire world. It has never been more apparent in the history of the United States just how corrupt the American government is as much as it was shown in the Trump Presidency.
I respect the man for becoming President of the United States. I respect Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, too. And they are running companies that pay slave wages, robbing you blind, and stealing all of your data. And that’s okay because none of us really mind when it brings us hours of free entertainment and shopping without ever having to leave the house, the bed, or the couch. But the Democrats couldn’t impeach him, do you really think he doesn’t stand a chance against Bernie Sanders, who seems to think that turning America into a socialist country is going to fix our problems. Right. Trump becoming President didn’t fix our problems. Obama becoming President didn’t fix our problems, especially for his die-hard votes: black people. A woman becoming President isn’t going to fix our problems for women. Why? Because it’s always more of the same: rich greedy people become our leaders and run the country for the corporations who own them.
If Congress had all the sponsor stickers slapped on their bodies, we’d get to see who owns our leaders. And that’s why people like Trump: Trump is about Trump. Smart enough to get by the fact that every thing he does is a conflict of interest. He’s making billions of dollars FOR his business paid FOR by the American taxpayer. And yet, people will still vote for him. Good job Republicans and Democrats. Don’t worry, you don’t care that much. After all, we are paying your bills too, in spite of how costly they are, and we don’t seem to be getting a great return on that investment. Either way, all the bills are always fitted by the American taxpayer.
Start caring about the people who actually pay your salary, and then maybe, you’ll get to run the country again. Until then —until you remember who truly pays your salary and who is running this country, it’s all about Trump. It will continue to be about Donald Trump for the entire 8 years he is eligible to be President. This is Trump’s country and Trump Nation. And you have just entered The Twilight Zone.
And the Republicans and Democrats are responsible. Are you mad? Are you upset? Did I say anything untruthful? Do you want to tell me to fuck off and that I’m not a professional politician, either? Because what you say is absolutely true. I am expressing my opinion on this website. And I’m not here to disregard what you say. You have every right to have your own opinion. You have every right to hate me. Don’t worry, I’m still going to write more articles. I’m still going to work tomorrow. I’m still going to sleep tonight. And I’ll even give you a once-thought about how I ruined your day.
I am old enough to have lived through almost seven Presidents now with more being alive during my lifetime and I can tell you that no matter how upset you get, how angry you are by the actions of the President, or even if you now hate me because I am simply telling you why Donald Trump is President and why he can’t seem to lose. It’s not Donald Trump. Donald Trump would have lost had Congress actually been doing a great job. And here you are, mad at me because our government, our leaders, the Clinton’s, the Obama’s, the Republicans, and the Democrats all caused Donald Trump to see an opportunity that allowed him to seize the moment. Bravo.
Love Donald Trump or hate him, despite all of his lying, he’s far from a stupid man. And if you think otherwise, why aren’t you President? Why didn’t your candidate win? Why are you still mad at me? Why are you still judging people because of who they voted for or who they feel is a better candidate? Obviously, it wasn’t yours. It’s still not going to be yours. Why? Well, just take a look at Nancy Pelosi and her Democrats for the answer. Hate the Republicans all you want, but the challenge is Donald Trump vs. Democrats. Yet it is a struggle for them to beat a former and fellow Democrat.
If the government had its shit together, we wouldn’t be in such a predicament. Donald Trump, who is hardly a politician vs. everyone else who has literally been in politics for no less than 10 years. Kind of sad, isn’t it? You know why you are mad, upset, and might even hate me, even though I’m just writing an opinion piece? Because you know it’s damn well the truth. I don’t like it, either, but until you start realizing that your government is corrupt and you do something to change it, we’re going to keep dealing with the same shit, just in different decades.
Stop underestimating Trump. He’s not dumb if he’s President of the United States who managed to not only become President, but avoided impeachment, while dealing with a media that has a dangerous obsession. You were born into this society. This is your inheritance. How was anyone supposed to know? The actions of our government and Congress are what caused the rise of Trump. Same old song and dance, same old history, same old story.
While there are two different sides to society and everything in between, there are liberals and there are conservatives. The former loves change and worries more about who enters the bathroom, while the latter are more focused on issues they probably shouldn’t have control over, particularly abortion. We have two vastly different types of people trying to lead a country when it would make more sense to split that country in half and if you believe this, then you live there, and if you believe that, you live there. The two can still be a single country, completely in better cooperation with each other, as the issues could be resolved by letting one side practice their beliefs, and the other practice theirs! Problems solved. The United States of two parties that are, for the most part, “united”, all identifying as Americans, but with two radically different belief systems.
Good luck to you, future America. Go and vote for who you feel is the best candidate for you and your country. And if you made it this far, kudos to you. Now that you got all those feelings out, go and read something less political. By the way, while it is certainly in bad taste of any President to do it, it’s hilarious to find this come up on Donald Trump’s website as a 404 error page. Most.savage.President.ever.
