Eating Healthy In College
College is the time of life when your habits get turned upside down and it becomes much harder to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Writing multiple papers, preparing for exams, partying late at night, and perhaps even working a part-time job leave little chance for students to take care of their physical and mental health.
You might be asking yourself, ‘What does a healthy lifestyle even look like?’ For most people, it means that their physical and mental health are balanced and functioning well. A change in someone’s physical health (whether good or bad) will directly affect that person’s mental health, and vice versa.
It’s no surprise that freshmen, especially foreign students, change their eating and sleeping habits when they start attending college. That’s why we’ve prepared an infographic with lots of useful advice to help you stay healthy.
Here you will find five categories of advice: nutrition, mental health, study-life balance, staying fit and sleeping habits. These simple tips will help you find a healthy balance during your time at college.
