On average, wooden flooring costs between £25 and £70 whereas carpet ranges in price from £7 to £35 per square meter. The cost is determined by the quality, the thickness, and the material chosen. It’s also best to bear in mind that the cost of fitting hardwood flooring is more expensive than carpet because it can be complicated to fit.
