1. Top 20 Questions To Ask In An Interview
The job of hiring someone is not an easy one and a lot of risk is involved, especially money and time. Companies must distinguish if the person they are hiring is a good match and will make a valuable asset to the company. There are tons of books that help companies and interviewers determine whether someone will make a good match to work for the company.
Questions asked must meet certain criteria, reveal to the employer certain things about the employee, but the questions must not discriminate against the person being hired. These 20 interview questions will help to get any hiring manager, interviewer, or company started in the right direction for hiring.
2. Career Or Relationship
There comes a time in our lives where we find ourselves with less time and less energy for things. Those things may involve focusing more on work and less on a relationship or focusing more on the relationship and less on work. We may find ourselves with less time to invest in our relationships because our career is demanding more than what we are normally used to. Which one is more important? Should you give up your career for your relationship? Or should you give up your relationship for your career? Or perhaps they are both quite possible to have and there is a way to find a balance between a career and a relationship.
Career or Relationship? Career and Relationship? You decide.
3. Find A Job Without Professional Experience
Many people may feel intimidated by applying for jobs with little or no experience, having just graduated college, they may feel like they need to settle for less. By develop skills, interning, getting experience, building a reputation, and ensuring that you are applying to the most relevant position, according to your interests and your field of study, you may have no problem getting the job. While companies do require experience, they may be willing to start you off with a lower salary, but with plenty of training, and the opportunity for you to work your way up in the company.
With the knowledge of this article, it is possible to find a job without professional experience.
4. Housewife and Mother Resume
No one really knows what a mother does except, well, a mother, but if a mother were to actually write out her resume of everything she does, and show it to an employer, the chances are, she is probably qualified for nearly every job there is. This article attempts to imagine what the resume of our mothers looks like by remembering and observing everything she has done for us, including wiping our butts to helping us learn how to walk; saying our first words; to helping us with our homework, and pretty much making sure we learn how to actually function in society, especially by being polite and using manners.
The mother’s resume is far from complete, as only a mother truly knows all the work she does, and we can only imagine the one day that she decides to take off from her job as a mother, we could not fulfill half of the things on her resume. Knowing the insane amount of possible tasks on her resume, a mother never complains and does her motherly job, without pay, and sometimes, without appreciation. Love your mother and know all that she has done for you and is currently doing for you.
5. The Day Women Rule The World
The secret is that women already rule the world, but they are still largely underrepresented and underestimated in almost all fields of the workforce. Women have far greater power than they know to change the world for the better, in all areas of their lives. Women have accomplished a great lot, from the right to vote, to the right to work, to obtaining many top positions in the corporations they work for, to the right to equal pay, and while they are still certainly fighting for equal pay in all areas, the system has improved greatly. Whether it is a man or a woman to change the world and advocate for a better place to live and work, let not this world be just for men or just for women, but for all human beings to live equally and comfortably among each other.
6. Just How Customer-Centric Is Your Company?
Your company exists because of your customers. Your company continues to exist because your company meets customer demands and requests. There really is no other reason for your company to exist. Success was not found because your company decided to exist, rather, success was found because customers decided your company has a reason to exist, to fulfill their needs and wants. So whatever your company philosophy is, the more important question to ask is: What do the customers want?

While there are probably other websites that exist that talk about jobs, careers, and the workplace, we strive to be the number one source for insight and understanding jobs, careers, and the workplace. We get many contributions from individuals like you and many companies are contributing articles as well, sharing insights into what they do in their everyday corporate life, because truly, companies exist because of you. Without demand, there is no reason for anything to even exist.
The workplace is a complete cycle that boosts the economy and gives everyone a purpose: the employer sees a demand, builds a business, and charges money to customers to continue running that business; the employee needs a job for money to pay for the things they need and want, so they work for the company to keep the means of production going; the customer keeps the business going by going to work themselves and paying for the things they want and need, just as well, and all of this keeps the employee and employer of the job going in the world. Welcome to the job economy.
We look forward to seeing and hearing from you in the new year. If you have or have not done so already, feel free to contribute a confession or your first confession and we will be happy to publish it.
