Honey is one of those miracle bee products folks have access to. When you get the right type of honey that is raw and unfiltered, this product can be more than just a sweetener for you.
One main reason the skin may start to look dull and feel a little rough is because of dead skin. Everyone develops dead skin, but most people don’t do much about it. They let it pile up on the skin, and that’s not good. You probably won’t be able to tell it’s happening, but you can feel it.

The milk contains vitamin A, which does wonders for the skin, especially if it’s dry. Honey is a natural moisturizer. It helps trap moisture in the skin. You might want to rinse the area beforehand, but that’s about it. It might feel uncomfortable to have honey on the cut, but it will work until you can take additional steps to address the injury. To make this honey mouthwash, you’ll need one cup of water. To that water, add half a tablespoon of cinnamon, one teaspoon of baking soda, and two teaspoons of honey. Raw honey contains antibacterial properties that should address odor-causing bacteria. Baking soda and cinnamon can help as they contain similar properties. You can use this mouthwash like you would any other mouthwash, and it should do the trick.
Your hair can benefit from honey, too, if you know how to use it. All you need is one tablespoon of raw honey mixed with half a cup of warm milk. Preferably, you’ll be using whole milk to ensure you get the best results. What you will be doing is mixing these ingredients and putting the solution on your hair. Make sure you apply it to the roots of your hair and then the tips.
If you have the time, let the mixture sit on your hair for a few minutes. Wear a shower cap while you allow the mixture to do what it’s supposed to do. The blend should soothe your scalp and end up making your hair softer. You’ll also notice a shine, especially if you do this often. You can wash your hair with your favorite natural shampoo afterward.
These are just some things you can use honey for, but there are many other things. Try to be creative in the way you use honey, and you’d be surprised how many products it can replace.
