Being a writer myself, there is one essential step I can recommend to those who want to write well, and I am not talking about those tips like ‘write from the heart’, or ‘tell your story’. In my experience, these are helpful, but there is one thing that makes it possible for me to craft my own masterpieces.

You probably know what it is, but may not consider it to be as important. Yes, my secret to great writing is reading.

Reading is beneficial in every sense of the word. By reading, you are not only learning new things, but developing your communication skills, enjoying a story, and of course, learning how to write yourself.
